At C-Destination, we understand that travel plans can change. Our flexible cancellation policy ensures fairness while maintaining the quality and reliability of your experience.

• Cancellations made 45 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable transaction or administrative fees.

• Cancellations made between 30 and 44 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure date are non-refundable due to prior logistical arrangements and partner commitments.

We allow one-time changes to booking dates up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability and any price differences that may apply.

In rare cases, itinerary adjustments may occur due to weather conditions, park regulations, or unforeseen events. Should this happen, we will make every effort to provide an equal or better alternative experience without compromising your safety or satisfaction.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, or emergencies beyond your control.
