Terms & Conditions

Welcome to C-Destination. By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Payment
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of the start date must be paid in full. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

2. Prices & Inclusions
All prices are quoted in the specified currency and include services as outlined in your confirmed itinerary. Any additional activities, meals, or personal expenses not stated are excluded and payable separately.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which outlines refund eligibility based on notice period. Refunds will be processed in the original payment method, minus transaction or administrative fees.

4. Itinerary Changes
While we strive to follow planned itineraries, C-Destination reserves the right to modify routes, accommodations, or activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, park regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Equivalent or improved alternatives will be provided where possible.

5. Travel Documents & Health Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and health documents required for entry into Rwanda or other destinations. C-Destination is not liable for losses due to missing or invalid documentation.

6. Liability
C-Destination acts as an agent between clients and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and parks. While we ensure quality and safety, we are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense caused by third-party actions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost luggage is strongly recommended for all travelers.

8. Behavior & Conduct
Clients are expected to respect local laws, cultures, and wildlife regulations. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

9. Complaints
If an issue arises during your trip, please notify your guide or our support team immediately so we can resolve it promptly.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Rwanda, and any disputes shall be settled under its jurisdiction.
